ALTERNATING CURRENTS is an ‘open source’ independent artists’ publication created by Kerry Ann Lee. As a limited edition print (100-500 copies) and e-publication, each issue presents site-specific histories through interviews, archival content, text, image, art and design.
ALTERNATING CURRENTS 1 was created during Lee's artist residency at Taipei Artist Village (TAV) and features conversations with Taiwanese of Indigenous descent.
This second edition was produced in New Zealand and printed by Allied Press in 2013 on occasion of an exhibition of works from Taiwan by Kerry Ann Lee at Bartley + Company Art Gallery, Wellington.
